Scheduling Process: All contact with new people will be through the inquiry form. This way I can gather the information I need for my safety. Please feel free to ask anything that will help you feel more comfortable and safe with me as well. Once we are acquainted and have a good feel for each other, scheduling will be handled directly via phone, text, or email as suits your preference.

Policies and Practices
These are the ways I run this business for your safety and mine. They are all subject to change based on what I learn along the way. I will try to keep things simple and able to be easily understood. If anything is unclear, let me know and I'll make the effort to help you understand. Every Body should feel fully informed before consenting to the Cuddle session.
Cuddlist Code of Conduct

Client and Practitioner both verify that they are at least the legal age of consent in their location.

Client and Practitioner both agree to be free from any mind-altering substances during the sessions and are thereby fully able to give consent.

Client agrees to fully disclose any diagnoses or conditions that may affect their cuddling session to the Practitioner.

Client and Practitioner both agree to practice consent and attention to personal boundaries at all times.

Client and Practitioner will communicate to find what is mutually comfortable throughout each cuddling session. This applies to all communication prior to and after sessions as well.

This is a strictly platonic service. Client and Practitioner both agree to not pursue or encourage sexual arousal. Also:

Minimum clothing of tank top and shorts that cover the top half of the thigh and are suitable to be worn in public for both Client and Practitioner at all times.

No hand to genital or breast contact. No intentional genital stimulation of any kind.

No exchanging of saliva, or any other bodily fluid, in any way.

Client and Practitioner both agree to respectful personal hygiene.

Client confidentiality is to be respected at all times.

Either Client or Practitioner may end the session at any time.

All feedback is valued and confidential. Client and Practitioner agree to let Cuddlist.com know if either party does not uphold this code of conduct during a Cuddlist session through our feedback form.
Late and Cancellation policy
Things happen, and I have tried to build a policy that is fair and reasonable. Your time and money are just as valuable to you as my time and money are valuable to me. As long as we schedule with plenty of time before to get into the right mindset, and time after to reflect on the session, most issues will be avoided. With that in mind, the policy is two sided and covers us both.

Lateness

If you will be less than 15 minutes late, please let me know so I can stay ready for our session.

If I will be less than 15 minutes late, I'll let you know and be available to add the missed time to the end of the session

If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please understand that I may not be able to prove the full time of the session you have booked, but I will do what I can.

If I will be more than 15 minutes late, I will give you a choice:

Accept the time I have to give, even if it is not the full session, rather than waiting for another day orβ

Reschedule for the same full session plus 30 minutes later for no extra charge.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel in under 24 hours, I am not able to fill the slot so there will be no refund. However, you may reschedule the same service for a 50% discount if you still want to meet up as soon as we can. β

If I need to cancel in under 24 hours, I will give you a choice:

I will provide the same service plus 50% more time as soon as we can, or

I will send a full refund of your payment

If either of us cannot make the session with more than 24 hours notice, we will communicate that for the purpose of rescheduling. β

Session Fees

Every session will be a minimum of 1 hour and charged at a rate of $100. You may add more time in 15 minute increments for $25 for each 15 minutes, up to 2 hours.

For sessions between 2 and 4 hours, there is a 20% discount. For example, a 2 hour and 45 minute session would be 100+100+25+25+25=275 minus 20% (55) for a total of $220.

For sessions over 4 hours we will agree to a total rate for the session based roughly on the hourly rate, travel fees, and particular service requests.
Travel Fees
For most sessions we will find a location within 20 minutes travel time of my location. If I need to travel more than that, the rate will be $20 per hour plus $1 per mile. I will submit a screenshot of Google Maps route planning to verify the fees.
Waiver
There are three pages of legal stuff to fill out before we meet in person. The waiver forms are not needed for the free Zoom consultation. Please use this form for setting that up.
