Methods and Operations

• Client and Practitioner both verify that they are at least the legal age of consent in their location.

• Client and Practitioner both agree to be free from any mind-altering substances during the sessions and are thereby fully able to give consent.

• Client agrees to fully disclose any diagnoses or conditions that may affect their cuddling session to the Practitioner.

• Client and Practitioner both agree to practice consent and attention to personal boundaries at all times.

• Client and Practitioner will communicate to find what is mutually comfortable throughout each cuddling session. This applies to all communication prior to and after sessions as well.

• This is a strictly platonic service. Client and Practitioner both agree to not pursue or encourage sexual arousal. Also:

  • Minimum clothing of tank top and shorts that cover the top half of the thigh and are suitable to be worn in public for both Client and Practitioner at all times.

  • No hand to genital or breast contact. No intentional genital stimulation of any kind.

  • No exchanging of saliva, or any other bodily fluid, in any way.

• Client and Practitioner both agree to respectful personal hygiene.

• Client confidentiality is to be respected at all times.

• Either Client or Practitioner may end the session at any time.

• All feedback is valued and confidential. Client and Practitioner agree to let Cuddlist.com know if either party does not uphold this code of conduct during a Cuddlist session through our feedback form.

All contact with new clients will be through the inquiry form. This way we can get started right away addressing your needs. Please feel free to ask anything that will help you feel more comfortable and safe. Once we are acquainted and have a good vibe with each other, we will schedule by phone, text, or email as suits your preference.

For most travel (out-call) sessions we will find a location within 20 minutes travel time of my location and as convenient to you as possible. If I need to travel more than that, the rate will be $30 per hour (for me) plus $1 per mile (for the vehicle). We will use a Google Maps route to calculate the charge.

If we need to pay for a day-use office or hotel room, that cost will be up to you to pay for and arrange. If we decide to use coloring books, or you request that I have a different kind of pillow, I will pay for those as part of my workspace. Sometimes I will share baked goods, fruit, tea, flowers, stickers, and such, and those are no cost to you. If you specifically request something like that in advance, I'll ask you to pay for it.

In general, the Companionship and Cuddle sessions will be between two to four hours. Tucking-in sessions are usually one hour. I am available for longer sessions, including overnights for shift workers, travelers, or people with insomnia and nightmares. Every four hours of session time will include a store-bought or restaurant meal that you cover during our time together. Of course we will both need time to take care of our  own needs in any session, but I will need more breaks as the sessions get longer. Really long sessions will include time for me to sleep, too! We can go into more details in person about the longer sessions if you are interested, but really, I mostly book Companionship, Cuddle, and Tucking-in sessions.
